How long does a remodeling project take?
It depends on what we're changing. A bathroom, a kitchen and a multi-room renovation should not have the same timeline. Design, selections, permitting when required and material lead times also happen before construction. Once we understand the scope, we can give you a much more useful project sequence than a generic number of weeks.
Do you work in gated Stone Oak communities?
Yes. We've completed remodeling projects throughout the Stone Oak area, including gated and HOA-managed neighborhoods. Access requirements and neighborhood rules can vary, so those are things we account for when planning the project rather than leaving them for the homeowner to sort out once construction starts.
